Hi,
First of all, can I just say that I love you? My beautiful digital community. I’ve been so MIA from myself lately. It happens every spring. I lose it. I’m such a fall and winter baby that spring just throws me way off the wagon. Energy-wise, spring is a total vampire — just sucks everything out of me. Crazy? Sure. I am crazy and it must be crazy to read this for all of you spring-summer-loving-hoes!!!! But this is just who I am, and I’m blunt. I’m honest. I don’t mess with spring. I like it, but that’s about as far as the feelings go. Honestly, I can’t wait for September to roll around. I just know I’ll have more energy and finally feel able to actually do stuff. Right now, I’m just stuck between so many emotions and smells and colors. Spring is too much, and summer is going to be too hot. Argh. Anyways, hope y’all are all having a blast, which I’m sure you are. Hihi.

Love yourself so much that no one — no one — can dim your light. Ever. You are spring. You are sunshine. You are everything there is to be. You are good.
Take yourself on dates. Don’t forget who’s been there for you every damn day — YOU. Time to treat yourself right? The time is now.
Listen to your old playlists and dance like no one is watching because no one is watching. No one cares. Do you baby.
Cry at yoga.
Cry while walking outside. (Highly underrated.)
Smell some flowers. Know that they love it when you stop to notice them. Whisper a soft “thank you.” They’ll get it. Mhmmm.
Buy yourself a candle. Light it every night. Give yourself some damn praise. You made it another day. That matters. You matter. You are sexy!
And if you don’t love spring, just know you’re not alone. I feel deeply overwhelmed by all the flowers, the smells, the long days, and excuse me, how am I supposed to wear my cashmere sweaters and cardigans now?? Hmmm.
Clean your home, which will seriously clean your brain.
De-center everything in your life except your happiness.
