Coucou,
Taking care of yourself isn’t always easy, but we can all try our best. Here’s a little list of things I do that help me a lot:
Take a hot shower or bath—just spend some time in the water.
Listen to hip-hop (or any music that makes you feel powerful).
Take a slow walk (a great tip from my colleague).
Write, journal, and get things out of your head.
Think bigger: let yourself dream big.
Chat with a baddie friend—someone who loves and supports you unconditionally.
Move your body—sports, exercise, whatever feels good. Total game-changer.
Melatonin + magnesium glycinate.
Send little postcards or gifts in the mail to someone you like
Travel or plan travel
Listen to your boundaries and set them firmly.
Go to a place that makes you feel good. When I lived in New York City, I’d go sit and cry at Times Square—not just because I needed a release, but because it felt like a place where dreams could come true. The same goes for the Eiffel Tower (I’m lucky to have made a life in both NYC and Paris.) Sometimes, being somewhere inspiring can bring the comfort and perspective we need.
Allow yourself to chill. You don’t have to grind all day every day.
Compliment a stranger.
Look at yourself in the mirror and compliment yourself.
Listen to affirmations.
Never forget: Bad days are also part of a very good and sexy life, it is completely normal to feel bad some days
Buy yourself flowers
Cry (it truly makes me feel better)
Drive a car really fast (be careful though)
On my love for a song: Ungodly fruit - Wax Taylor

On my love for a word: Love (true love fosters a connection that goes beyond the superficial. It's a bond that often involves understanding each other's core values, beliefs, and life goals)
On my love for a place I’d like to visit: Algerie
